There's a patio area for alfresco dining or a barbecue, around the back is a lawned section. Two lockable gates and fencing all round provides a safe place for toddlers and dogs to play.
Back inside and taking the hallway to the right off to the right from the entrance are the three stylish bedrooms - two king size, one with an en-suite shower room, a twin and large family bathroom.

From here, a door leads out to the back garden with area for drying washing and a handy wooden outdoor unit to store muddy boots and sandy shoes.
A second door from the utility leads to a third toilet.
A third door then leads into the garage which houses a tumble dryer, a bin for recycling and cleaning equipment.
