Ideal holiday home for a family getaway

Ideal holiday home for a family getaway with an almost 3-year-old. The gifts on arrival, with a special gift for the kid, were an especially nice touch and appreciated. The location was ideal, 5 minutes' walk from the beach, and there are a couple of nice restaurants nearby (we appreciated the recommendations in the "Guests" section of the website). The house itself had everything required for a holiday -- we particularly enjoyed the DVD selection.
